What is required to install the software?

To be able to use Uorale, you will only need a computer with an Internet connection and Java 1.6 Runtime installed. The technical requirements are minimal, with 256MB of RAM and 20MB of disk space y can run the application. Besides, Uorale is compatible with Linux Operating Systems as well as MAC and Windows.

Where can I download Uorale from?

To download the application go to www.uorale.com and click on your Operating System logo.

2. System Login

How do I start the application once I have downloaded it?

To start the application just click on the Uorale icon once you are sure the installation has completed successfully.

How do I sign up if I am a new user?

After you've started Uorale just click on “Sign up”:

First enter your name as you would like your contacts to see it.
Then the e-mail address where all Uorale relate communication will be sent.
Keep in mind that your contacts will be able to see this e-mail address.
Click “Create Account”.

The system will send you an e-mail with the password you will need to log in.

4.

Well done, you now have your credentials to access Uorale.com.

How do I connect to Uorale after I load the application?
1.

Type in your e-mail address and password and click “Log in”.


How do I retrieve a lost password?

For your safety Uorale does not send forgotten passwords via mail .
You need to generate a new password to access the system.

How do I change or generate my new password?
1.

Start Uorale.
Fill in the e-mail field.

2.

Click on “Forgot password”.
The system will automatically send you an e-mail with instruction on how to proceed.
The link is valid only for 48 hours, after that time it is deleted and you will have to request it again.

3.

Access the link that was sent with the e-mail.
Type in the new password in the password field as well as in the password verification one.

4.

Well don, you have your new password.

How do I set up a connection trough a Proxy?

Uorale allows to configure an Internet connection through a Proxy.

1.

Start Uorale.

2.

Click on File>>Configure Connection...


3.

Fill in the Proxy's IP address and Port


4.

Click “OK”. You have configured your Proxy based connection.
